Fourth of July!

Well we had another exploding birthday for Blayne again this year! It has turned into quite the neighborhood producton, my entire block participates. One of the neighbors fathers made all of the kids ping pong rubberband guns. We had a water balloon toss contest that quickly turned into a water balloon fight. We had some great food but even better company, not to mention our fireworks that seem to get a little bigger and better each year.

We managed to make it out to St. Paul Rodeo to visit G'ma and G'pa Fletcher at the Doughboy in the morning but made sure we made it home for our own festivities and fireworks.

Father's day at Fletcher's

After a very busy couple days for the wedding, my 34th birthday, and a ward party, we ended the week with Father's Day. We went out to see my Dad on Sunday afternoon then came back and had dinner with the Yates on Sunday night. I got a few pictures with my Dad but that was it. I think my family was pictured out after all the wedding pictures!

So now that our really busy week is finished, here's to summer vacation!!!

I managed to snap some pictures with my camera of my kids at the wedding reception. My kids looked so good, they are all growing up way too fast!!

Sean and Shelley's Quilt

I finished Shelley's quilt in time for her shower. The kids and I made them a little throw pillow with thier names emroidered on it. I managed to burn my arm, so I will have a lasting "memory" of this quilt forever!!

My Young Lady is 11

Victoria is growing up faster then I want to admit. She is such a responsible girl. I am so proud of her. She will be going into Middle School next year. I think I am more ready for that then Blayne is. He just shakes his head. She is such a big help to me, I am lucky to have her! Victoria had 3 of her friends over for a sleepover, I surprised her with one of them. They had a lot of fun!!! I bought her a Nook since she loves to read, she was really surprised! Happy Birthday Victoria, I love you!!
