WOW!!

Well, apparently I've been busy, it has been 2 weeks since I have done a post. We have been getting ready to go back to school. I got the kids into the dentist, Blayne into the eye Dr. and ordered new glasses for him, I have had 3 appointments myself in the last couple weeks and am looking forward to another one next week. I also had some lumps removed off of my leg, so I had that minor surgery appointment too. So, like I said slightly busy!

We are currently in Prineville visiting Ashley and Jake. Well "visiting", Blayne is helping Jake work on the house and the property. I am watching all the kids while Ashley and her mother in-law Stephanie are doing construction clean-up. So, I guess I'd rather be watching kids then doing that.



We are getting ready to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary on Saturday, September 5th. Also, we have Sean coming to visit for the long Labor Day weekend. The kids are very excited, Blayne and I got to visit with Sean when we went to San Diego in July to visit Mel and Brenton, the kids haven't seen him since he went back down to Fresno in January? So we are definitely looking forward to that visit this next weekend. One of these weekends we will have nothing planned and stay home and do just that, NOTHING!!!

Maddy's Newest Injury!

Well, obviously old because toe nails have to be injured for awhile before they just fall off. Yes! Her itty bitty toe nail is gone! A couple of weeks ago we noticed that it was lifting, but still connected on two sides. There was no obvious injury or damage. Then on Saturday, just connected at the base. SO GROSS!! I don't do this crap! So of course, I had her over to her Dad, after performing minor surgery, she is left with a little nub. Blayne sends me, the assistant, to get a band-aid just to protect it for a while. I go to put it on her and, Nope, no toe nail to b e found! YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!!! I can actually check on it and touch it now, but it still grosses me out. I called her Uncle Sean, he is the one with the matching missing toe nail, I told him it was his fault and his crazy genetics. I tried to get a good pic but this is the best I could get.

Spring Fever.....

Is is still Spring Fever if it isn't spring? Heck, I don't know, all that I know is that is feels like it is still going on at my house. I am continuing to make a list of projects in my head. I was vacuuming today and decided I think I want to paint the living room. Of course I haven't told Blayne. although he has a list of his own, we decided to put the left over tile and granite in the upstairs bathrooms. That will be his list. I think my mental energy surpasses my physical, energy and capability.
